Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paid Media role based in Malviya Nagar(Eldeco Center).

The Paid

Media specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns to drive b2b sales and brand awareness for House of Clove(Pink Blue). Daily responsibilities include media planning and buying, audience and market research, campaign setup across relevant platforms, and performance tracking using analytics tools. The role involves coordinating with marketing, creative, and clinic teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives.

The specialist will also manage budgets,



e-commerce sales, monitor KPIs, generate campaign performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong media planning skills, including campaign structuring, channel selection, and budget allocation.

Candidates should possess marketing and new media skills, including familiarity with digital platforms, paid social, search, and display advertising.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners and presenting campaign insights.

Candidates should possess research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and market trends for data-driven campaign decisions.

Proficiency with advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or similar platforms).

Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working with data and performance metrics.

Ability to work in office in Saket, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;

experience in healthcare or multi-location retail marketing is an advantage.
