Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Paginator to join our Production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging and formatting content into professionally designed book layouts while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in the publishing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Format and paginate books, worksheets, and educational publications according to company standards.
- Arrange text, images, tables, and graphics into structured page layouts.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, spacing, margins, headings, and page numbering.
- Review layouts for formatting errors and maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Editorial, Design, and Production teams to implement corrections.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Maintain version control and organize project files efficiently.
- Meet production deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn publishing software and company processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of English grammar and formatting is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in pagination, desktop publishing, or graphic design is an advantage but not mandatory.
