Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute cartoning, labeling, blister/bottle packing, and serialization activities.

- Ensure adherence to Batch Packing Records (BPR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Conduct and monitor in-process checks (IPC) during packing to maintain product quality.

- Maintain accurate documentation as per cGMP, GDP, USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP standards.

- Ensure proper reconciliation of printed and packing materials.

- Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.

- Collaborate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Production teams for smooth packing operations.

- Report deviations, incidents, and corrective actions promptly.

- Ensure safe handling of packing materials and equipment.





- Optimize manpower and machine utilization to meet packing schedules.

Qualifications

- BSc/MSc/Diploma/B. Pharm / M. Pharm (mandatory).

- Experience: Min 2 to 8 years in OSD manufacturing (tablets, capsules, granules).

- Knowledge of regulated pharma environments and exposure to international audits preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes (granulation, compression, coating).

- Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.

- Ability to handle documentation, deviations, and CAPA.

- Team coordination skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
