Responsibilities:
- Supervise the packing, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
- Manage drivers, helpers, and packing staff.
- Ensure the safe handling of household and commercial items.
- Plan routes and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pickup and delivery times.
- Maintain records of vehicles, fuel usage, and expenses.
- Ensure that company policies and safety standards are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor inventory and packing materials.
- Prepare daily reports and submit them to management.
Required Skills:
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record-keeping.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
