Role Description The Packaging Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the development, design, and delivery of digital “packaging” for PInterview’s interview preparation services and content. This includes organizing and structuring service bundles, learning paths, and mock interview offerings so they are clear, engaging, and easy for users to navigate.

The Packaging

Manager will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define standard packages, optimize pricing and positioning, and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all offerings. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing user feedback and performance data,



refining service catalogs, coordinating with subject matter experts to update package components, and documenting processes for smooth implementation. The individual in this role will also support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that new services are effectively introduced, communicated, and integrated into the platform.

Qualifications

- Experience in product or service packaging, product management, or program management, including structuring and organizing digital or service-based offerings.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret user data, market trends, and performance metrics to refine packages and offerings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and industry experts in a remote environment.
- Background in education technology, career services, or online learning platforms is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools; ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain detailed records.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fully remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
