This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore for a New Product Development (NPD) Support Executive. The NPD Support Executive will be responsible for providing assistance in project management for new product launches, conducting product-specific R&D;, analyzing market trends, and ensuring timely implementation of development processes.



The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, compiling reports, and supporting key stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the product development lifecycle.

– New Product Development (NPD) Support Executive

Location: Bangalore Key ResponsibilitiesSupport new product development from concept to launch.

Coordinate with R&D;, production, procurement, packaging, and marketing teams.

Conduct market and competitor analysis for new product ideas.

Manage product trials, documentation, and project timelines.

Assist in costing, vendor coordination, and commercialization. Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Food, Home Care, or Personal Care industry preferred.

Skills RequiredStrong coordination and communication skills

Knowledge of NPD processes and market trends

Basic understanding of costing and packaging

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
