- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the sr management and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
