Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, Visualforce Pages, and Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud.

- Perform Salesforce declarative configuration including workflows, validation rules, flows, process automation, profiles, roles, and permission settings.

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications following best practices and coding standards.

- Perform data migration between Salesforce environments using appropriate tools and methodologies.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including ERP platforms.

- Develop and maintain integrations using web technologies and APIs such as SOAP, HTTP, REST concepts, AJAX, and JavaScript.

- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

- Manage source code using version control tools such as Git/GitHub.





- Participate in Salesforce deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, user story analysis, and sprint reviews.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Solid understanding of Apex programming language for developing custom logic on the Force.com platform.

- Experience with LWC development for building custom components within Salesforce applications.

- Knowledge of Triggers (formerly known as "Flow" or "Process Builders") for automating business processes.
