Role Description The Owner role at Nextor is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the firm’s overall strategy, operations, and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic direction across marketing, cybersecurity, commerce, and experiential travel verticals, and ensuring alignment between client needs and service delivery. The Owner will lead business development efforts, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.

This role involves managing cross-functional teams, monitoring financial performance, and guiding key decisions related to resources, partnerships, and investments.



The Owner is expected to foster a collaborative culture, uphold ethical business practices, and represent Nextor in industry and client-facing forums.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in strategy, consulting, or multi-vertical business management, ideally across digital-first industries.

Strong background in marketing, commerce, or related domains, with the ability to design and execute growth strategies.

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and digital risk, with the capacity to oversee secure and compliant operations.

Experience in building and managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and create an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Excellent analytical, financial, and strategic decision-making skills, including budgeting and P&L; oversight.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
