We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Outpatient (OP) Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth functioning of the outpatient department by providing excellent patient support and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients visiting the outpatient department.

- Register patients and maintain accurate records.

- Schedule and coordinate appointments.

Requirements

- Higher Secondary / Degree qualification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Guide patients to the appropriate departments and consultation rooms.

- Assist doctors and nursing staff with OP-related activities.

- Handle patient inquiries professionally.

- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and organised.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.
