Role Description The Outreach Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Atharva University Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to strengthen the university’s presence among schools, colleges, industry partners, and community organizations. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, coordinating events and information sessions, and supporting recruitment and engagement campaigns.

The Outreach

Manager will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to develop communication materials, manage public-facing activities, and track outreach performance and impact. The role also involves identifying new partnership opportunities, representing the university at external forums,



and ensuring consistent and professional communication across all outreach channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Public Relations skills for stakeholder engagement and representation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and execute outreach programs and events.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Community Outreach skills to promote university offerings and build lasting relationships.
- Proven experience in outreach, admissions, marketing, or institutional relations, preferably in education or related sectors.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal teams and external partners, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis to monitor outreach activities and outcomes.
- High level of initiative, professionalism, and willingness to work flexible hours for events and external engagements.
