We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Floor Manager to lead our Service-to-Sales (S2S) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing floor operations, driving team productivity, coaching Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), and ensuring achievement of sales and service KPIs. This role requires solid leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to create a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management

- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Relationship Executives (CREs).
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, login adherence, and shift compliance.
- Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to processes and policies.

Productivity Management

- Drive initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.




- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly business targets.

Sales Performance

- Monitor lead allocation and utilization.
- Improve lead-to-contact and contact-to-conversion ratios.
- Coach team members on objection handling and sales closing techniques.
- Drive policy conversion and revenue achievement.

Quality & Coaching

- Conduct regular call monitoring and feedback sessions.
- Identify skill gaps and provide on-floor coaching.
- Organize refresher training and share best practices across the team.

Preffered Candidates - 3+ years of experience in Contact Center, Insurance, Banking, Telesales, or Service-to-Sales operations with minimum 1+ years of team handling experience
