- Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and quality.
- Make Outbound call to customers to revive the existing insurance policy by connecting with the customer to pay the outstanding premium.
- Provide complete and correct information on the product purchased by the customer, if asked by the customer.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including successful receipt of customer premium payment.
- Adherence to Information security guidelines & quality process norms.
