Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to identify their concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Offer expert advice on customized solutions and recommend the company's products for optimal crop usage.
- Anticipate the needs of customers based on crop lifecycles and proactively offer relevant solutions.
- Convert leads into sales by clearly communicating the value proposition of the company's products.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and elevating existing clients to key accounts through strategic engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Language Requirement
- Tamil / Kannada / Bengali / Odiya
- English & Hindi – Mandatory
Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc / ABM / Diploma in Agriculture (Agrochemical & Pesticides)
- Freshers can apply who have knowledge of Agriculture Farming & Chemicals
Skills Required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
