Flyworld Migration is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic OSCE Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping aspiring nurses achieve their dream of migrating to Australia and obtaining their Australian nursing registration.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions for the OSCE , a pathway for internationally educated nurses to register in Australia.
- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and practice questions.
- Provide individual guidance and support to trainees, addressing their specific needs and questions.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed on the exams.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest OSCE requirements and best practices for nurse training.




- Collaborate with the Flyworld Migration team to ensure a smooth and successful training experience for all clients.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Nurse (GNM/B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing)
- Strong teaching experience and a passion for helping others learn.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
- Ability to provide individual support and guidance to trainees.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
