About The Role The Order Processing Coordinator plays a vital role within Tech Data’s operational framework. Acting as a primary point-of-contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance, and Logistics, this position ensures the seamless processing of sales orders and purchase requests. The role involves validating supporting documents, processing sales and purchase orders based on vendor and country-specific requirements, and ensuring timely release of purchase orders to vendors.

The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external vendors. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in order processing, supply chain, or a related field. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong data entry skills,



basic mathematical proficiency, and the ability to interpret and process complex information accurately.

Effective communication skills in English and the local language are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and levels of management. The candidate must be adaptable, quick to learn new systems and technologies, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating cultural sensitivity are critical attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities Validate supporting documents and process sales or purchase order requests according to vendor line cards and country-specific requirements.

Ensure all necessary approvals, such as GTC, ECCN, DPC, and credit checks, are obtained prior to processing orders.

Manage and clear the order requests queue within designated SLAs to ensure timely processing.

Submit purchase order requests upon generation of purchase requisition numbers.

Ensure the release of completed purchase orders to vendors within SLA timelines.

Follow up with vendors regarding order statuses and estimated delivery times.

Coordinate with the logistics team to communicate vendor delivery requirements and timelines.

Maintain accurate records of all order processing activities and communications.

Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the order processing workflow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
