ob Responsibilities

- Create and manage customer sales orders in ERP systems.

- Review customer contracts and agreements for accurate order processing.

- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and escalations.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Maintain high accuracy in documentation and system updates.

- Ensure SLA compliance and support month-end and quarter-end activities.

- Prepare reports and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

- Required Skills

- Experience in Order Management, Sales Order Processing, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.

- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Experience supporting global customers is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
