1+ Years of Experience in Customer Service / Order Management
Excellent English Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, tracking, and delivery
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve order-related issues
Analyze and resolve customer complaints, escalating when required
Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Accurately enter and maintain customer order records
Required Skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
