Job Title: Order Fulfillment Executive

Role Objective

Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by coordinating across Business, Finance,

Production, and Logistics while maintaining strong documentation, stock accuracy, and customer delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Track projection vs. actual order fulfillment and highlight gaps.
- Maintain Tally documentation for inbound and outbound transactions.
- Coordinate with Business, Finance, and Production for delivery commitments.
- Manage order-to-delivery communication and status updates.
- Ensure adherence to defined order fulfillment processes.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Handle invoice, billing, and dispatch documentation.
- Monitor customer delivery experience and escalate delays.
- Track credit notes, sales performance, and margins.
- Identify and implement process efficiency improvements.
- Support dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
- Maintain accurate order and inventory MIS reports.




- Monitor aging orders and drive closure.
- Ensure documentation compliance for audits.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Tally (mandatory).
- Good understanding of order fulfillment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Positive communication for delivery commitment management.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience in ERP/MIS tracking preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales margin tracking.
