About the Role

Join our Oracle Services team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating Oracle service delivery across global teams in the United States, Philippines, and India. Working closely with Product Owners, technical leaders, and business stakeholders, you'll ensure seamless collaboration, timely project execution, and successful delivery of Oracle Fusion initiatives, including support for the organization's Oracle Fusion Redwood migration roadmap.

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore (Candidates currently residing in either location are encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate service delivery activities across teams in the United States, Philippines, and India, ensuring alignment of milestones, deliverables, and project dependencies.
- Act as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing Oracle service delivery initiatives and supporting successful project execution.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, technical leads, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive delivery across global teams.
- Interpret Oracle Fusion Redwood assessments and contribute to project roadmaps, work plans, and delivery strategies.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on schedule.




- Support governance and compliance by ensuring delivery activities align with organizational standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting accomplishments, risks, dependencies, and next steps for leadership.
- Drive collaboration across functional and technical teams to resolve issues, remove blockers, and optimize service delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator, Technical Project Manager, or similar role supporting Oracle service delivery or Oracle Fusion environments.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple global regions and time zones, particularly the United States, Philippines, and India.
- Strong technical project management experience with exposure to Oracle Fusion or Oracle SaaS service delivery.
- Experience interpreting Oracle Fusion Redwood assessments and contributing to implementation roadmaps and work plans.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects,



and technical team leaders throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle SaaS, and Oracle service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Skilled at managing cross-functional initiatives and coordinating geographically distributed teams.
- Experience fostering collaboration across multicultural teams and bridging communication between the US, Philippines, and India.
