Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Benefits modules, along with strong functional consulting, business analysis, and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits modules.
- Design functional solutions, configuration workbooks, and process flows for benefits administration.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and functional validation.
- Support Benefits Open Enrollment activities, configuration validation, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Provide end-user support, training,



and knowledge transfer on Oracle HCM Benefits processes.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Core HR, Time and Labor, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates, feature enhancements, and impact analysis.
- Prepare functional documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, quality standards, and Oracle best practices.
