Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and SCM technical components and be capable of delivering end-to-end technical solutions across Oracle Cloud implementations and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions across HCM, ERP, and SCM modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FTP, Stage File, and Scheduled Integrations.
- Develop and customize BI Publisher and OTBI reports based on business requirements.
- Perform data migration and conversion using HDL, FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP Web Services for Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Security, including Security Console, Role Customization, Data Roles, Abstract Roles, Security Profiles, and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
- Configure and maintain Flexfields (KFF, DFF, EFF), Value Sets, Lookups, and Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
- Support HCM Extracts, Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS), and Fusion reporting solutions.




- Automate HDL and FBDI processes using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and support activities.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Technical experience.
- Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and SCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
- Hands-on experience with HDL, FBDI, ADFDI, Spreadsheet Loader, and HCM Extracts.
- Experience in REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, Security Console, OIM, Data Roles, and Security Profiles.
- Experience with Flexfields (KFF, DFF, EFF), Value Sets, Lookups, and FSM.
- Experience in implementation, enhancements, production support, and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working across Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and SCM Cloud applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud PaaS services.
- Experience in integration automation using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a client-facing environment.
