Were Hiring: Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor Functional Consultant (California Compliance Specialist)

Are you an expert in Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) with a strong grasp of complex California labor laws? We’re looking for a skilled Functional Consultant to join our HR Technology team and lead the charge in building, configuring, and supporting scalable time and attendance solutions.

Role At A Glance

- Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor Functional Consultant
- Location: Sector 135, Noida (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)
- Shift: UK Shift
- Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture & Configuration: Configure OTL components including Time Entry Layouts, Work Schedules, Time Categories, Approval Rules, and Time Processing Profiles.
- Complex Time Calculation Rules: Design and implement rules for overtime, premium pay, shift differentials, holiday pay, and exception handling.
- Integrations & Cross-Module Support: Partner with Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth data flows and device integrations.
- Testing & Release Management: Lead SIT/UAT testing cycles, conduct impact analyses,



and manage post-production validation for Oracle quarterly cloud updates.
- Documentation & Analytics: Maintain FDDs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts while collaborating on OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical Skills:

- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, with 3+ years dedicated to Time & Labor (OTL).
- Proven track record in at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Strong functional understanding of OTL Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Hands-on knowledge of cross-module dependencies (Core HR, Payroll, Absence).

California Labor Compliance Expertise (Highly Preferred):

- Hands-on experience configuring:
- Daily overtime (>8 hours) & Weekly overtime
- Double-time calculations

- Seventh consecutive day overtime
- Meal & Rest Break compliance + Meal Penalties (Premium Pay)
- Shift differentials & Holiday pay

Nice to Have

- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification
- Hands-on experience with Redwood UI, Oracle Workforce Scheduling, or OIC
- Exposure to US Payroll and Union/CBA pay rules
