Job Summary

We are seeking a highly seasoned Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) Lead Consultant to serve as the primary solution architect. In this role, you will design, transform, and scale the framework that integrates complex, high-volume legacy, proprietary, and third-party transactional subledgers such as core banking, POS, billing engines, and insurance claims systems into Oracle Fusion General Ledger.

Bringing 8+ years of deep financial ERP expertise, you will own the end-to-end design of event models, custom Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, multi-GAAP compliance tracking, and automated reconciliations across a global, multi-ledger landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture & Design

- Accounting Event Modeling: Lead and map complex transactional event structures, pass-through accounting models, and granular source-system metadata into Accounting Hub objects.
- Advanced SLA Configuration: Design highly complex Subledger Accounting (SLA) components, including Account Rules, Journal Line Rules, Description Rules, and Supporting References.
- Multi-GAAP & Multi-Currency Engine: Configure the Accounting Hub to concurrently generate distinct accounting entries for multiple representations (US GAAP, IFRS, Local Statutory, and Tax) using Secondary Ledgers and Reporting Currencies.

High-Volume Data Integration & Performance Tuning
- Inbound Data Transformation: Partner with technical teams to define data preparation layers using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Object Storage, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
- Performance Optimization: Apply best practices for managing multi-million daily transaction volumes, optimizing Import and Create Accounting programs, and minimizing interface processing windows.

Advanced Ledger & Reporting Controls
- Supporting References Optimization: Leverage Supporting References (with or without balances) for rich dimensional tracking for example by Policy ID, Loan Number, or Customer Segment without inflating the Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Advanced Reconciliations:



Design automated diagnostic frameworks that match source-system raw inputs against Accounting Hub subledger balances and Fusion GL balances.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Discovery & Advisory: Lead architectural workshops with corporate controllers, tax teams, and line-of-business owners to translate legacy financial logic into standard cloud architecture.
- Mentorship: Act as the subject matter expert (SME), guiding and reviewing the deliverables of mid-level functional and technical consultants.

Technical & Expert-Level Competencies Must-Have Expertise
- Accounting Hub Metadata Objects: Expert-level mastery of registering Subledgers, Event Classes, Event Types, Sources, and Accounting Attributes.
- Fusion GL Integration: Deep understanding of the touchpoints between the Accounting Hub and Fusion General Ledger, including Intercompany Accounting (AGIS), Revaluations, Translations, and Consolidations.
- Complex Transformation Logic: Command of intricate conditions, mapping sets, and custom formulas within SLA rules.
- Reporting Tools: Advanced proficiency in building drill-down financial reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.

Technical Familiarity (Preferred)
- Understanding of XML / XSLT transformations for Accounting Hub data payloads.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs relevant to Oracle ERP Cloud integrations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Overall 8 - 12 years of Oracle Financials implementation experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated exclusively to Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Cloud (AHCS).
- Implementation Lifecycle: Led at least two full-lifecycle, end-to-end global Accounting Hub implementations for complex financial services, retail, or technology organizations.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong foundation in accounting concepts; a Chartered Accountant,



or MBA (Finance) background is highly preferred.

Certification:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: Accounting Hub Service Certified Implementation Professional is highly desirable.

About the Role: As an Oracle Finance & FAH Consultant at Trinamix, you will work closely with clients to implement and optimize Oracle Financial solutions. Your primary focus will be on the Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), ensuring that it meets the financial reporting and accounting needs of the business. - Providing training and support to end-users, helping them understand and effectively use the system.
- Monitoring project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines.
