Role Description The Oracle EBS Technical Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining technical components within Oracle E-Business Suite, including interfaces, extensions, reports, and customizations.

The consultant will collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement scalable solutions. Daily activities include troubleshooting application issues, providing technical support, performing performance tuning,



and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The role also includes participation in implementations, upgrades, and integrations, documentation of technical deliverables, and occasional support for pre-sales or solution demos as needed.

- Robust analytical skills to interpret business requirements, diagnose system issues, and design effective technical solutions.
- Consulting skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, provide recommendations, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills to resolve Oracle EBS incidents, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
- Sales and stakeholder engagement skills to support solution presentations, demos, and technical input for proposals when required.
- Hands-on experience (8+ years) with Oracle E-Business Suite technical components (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, workflows, interfaces, APIs).
- Experience with EBS customization, integration with other systems, and participation in implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.
