Role Overview

Role expect a senior Oracle EBS Supply chain consultant with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain & manufacturing modules. Solution design, and own end-to-end delivery for large-scale ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Architecture & Design: Solution consultant for Oracle EBS SCM implementations, upgrade, and support engagements across Procurement, Inventory, MRP, Order Management, and Discrete Manufacturing.
- Client Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to run requirement workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
- Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery – discovery AS-IS requirement gather, design/blueprint, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare – ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Integration & Data Strategy: Define integration approach with 3rd-party systems (WMS, MES) and lead master/transactional data conversion strategy.
- Advisory Consulting: Prepare and execute solution demos, BRD driven proposals, and estimation for Oracle EBS SCM opportunities.

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT or related discipline.
- Certifications (Preferred): Oracle EBS R12 SCM, Manufacturing Certified Implementation Specialist
