Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Financial modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure Oracle EBS Finance modules based on business needs.
- Handle production support, service incidents, enhancement requests, and user queries.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test plans, and user documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
- Execute SIT/UAT testing and support production deployments.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills :

- Robust experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Expertise in at least two of the following modules :

1.

General

Ledger (GL)

2.

Accounts

Payable (AP)

3.

Accounts

Receivable (AR)

4.

Fixed

Assets (FA)

- Good understanding of :

1.

Intercompany

Accounting

2.

Project

Costing

- Experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support projects.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing,



and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Functional.
- Experience working on Oracle EBS implementation and Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial modules.
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and documentation standards.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in custom Oracle EBS financial solutions.
- Knowledge of production support and incident management.
- Exposure to change management and release management processes.

Primary Skill : Oracle EBS Finance Functional.
