Job Title Oracle DevOps Fusion IT Compliance Sr Analyst Location Hyderabad Experience 5-10 years We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion IT Compliance Consultant to join our team This role includes User Access Provisioning ensuring compliance with SOX IT General Controls and relevant compliance laws and regulations and supporting deployments and performing Monthly IT Control validations within the Oracle Fusion environment Key Responsibilities Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes in Oracle Fusion ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards Implement and maintain IT General Controls ITGC related to Oracle Fusion applications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide the requested data and evidence and address any identified issues that require remediation Assist in the deployment of Oracle Fusion solutions ensuring that security and compliance measures are integrated into the process Support quarterly upgrades by reviewing security configurations validating compliance with ITGC and conducting user acceptance testing Develop and maintain documentation related to user access compliance procedures and security controls Provide regular reports on user access status compliance metrics and audit findings to management Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT HR and business Commitment to staying updated with the latest security trends technologies and best practices in Oracle applications and compliance Required Skills Bachelor s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent 6 years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify security risks and compliance gaps Preferred Skills Oracle Cloud certifications Experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge of additional Oracle modules JCI is an Equal Chance Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected categories
