Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Output Management (OPM) solutions.

Design and develop customer communication templates for bills, invoices, letters, statements, and notices.

Create and modify document templates using Microsoft Word, including complex tables and nested tables.

Develop and maintain XML, HTML, and XSLT templates for document generation.

Troubleshoot and resolve output generation and formatting issues.

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform data validation and support output generation using SQL queries.

Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to analyse document generation, printing status, and operational metrics.

Support production issues and participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.

Ensure document layouts meet business and compliance standards.

Knowledge of Output Management frameworks.

Exposure to reporting and analytics.
