In this role, you will work on real consulting projects and help MSMEs improve their business systems, meet compliance requirements, strengthen quality processes, and become export-ready. Role Details ? Position: Operations Trainee – Business Consulting

? Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi

? Work Mode: On-site

? Working Days: 6 days a week

? Stipend: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month during the six-month probation period

? Extra benefits: Performance-based incentives What You’ll Work On • Supporting ISO, compliance, and quality-system implementation

- Preparing SOPs, manuals, process maps, forms, and audit documentation
- Assisting with internal audits, gap analysis, and process improvement
- Participating in client meetings and understanding business challenges
- Researching industry regulations, quality standards, and export requirements




- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Working across industries such as manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, services, and consumer goods Who Should Apply?
- Fresh graduates from any academic background
- Candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Individuals comfortable communicating in English and Hindi
- Candidates with basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
