Drive revenue, profitability, property onboarding, guest experience, and owner satisfaction while leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end regional operations across multiple locations.

- Drive portfolio expansion and property acquisition.
- Manage guest experience, homeowner relations, housekeeping, F&B;, concierge, maintenance, and vendor operations.
- Develop and execute revenue growth and profitability strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, and cost optimisation.
- Build and manage a strong vendor and procurement ecosystem.
- Establish operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Built a profitable villa maintenance unit with SOPs,



pricing models, and preventive/corrective systems to enhance homeowner satisfaction.
- Implement SOPs, process improvements, and training programmes.
- Ensure operational compliance, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop large multi-city teams.

Ideal

Candidate - Strong leadership experience in luxury hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, or premium real estate operations.

- Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and large teams.
- Expertise in revenue management, operational excellence, and process optimisation.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Data-driven decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills. Preferred - Experience in scaling luxury hospitality or villa operations across multiple cities.
- Proven ability to build SOPs, centralised processes, and service excellence frameworks.
