Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. This role coordinates staffing, schedules, and standard operating procedures, monitors property-level performance, and supports frontline teams in resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.

Supervisor tracks key metrics, identifies process gaps, and works with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and guest satisfaction.



The position involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining compliance with company standards, and supporting the implementation of new tools, policies, and best practices. The role requires a hands-on approach, including on-ground supervision, documentation of workflows, and active participation in training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee processes, resources, and service quality.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive process improvements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explicit coordination with teams, management, and partners.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, property management, or service operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic office software and operational tools; exposure to tech-enabled operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
