Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day agency operations and ensure timely project delivery.

● Handle client communication, meetings, and relationship management.

Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

● Strong customer handling, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

● Good understanding of digital marketing services, CRM tools, and project management.

● Leadership mindset with excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
