Are you a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for operational excellence?

SLM.Live is looking for an Operations Manager to lead our remote live video monitoring operations and manage a growing team of monitoring specialists.

? Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

? Working Hours

Flexible , as required by operational and business needs. Candidates should be willing to work across different shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and supervise the monitoring team across shifts

✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and quick incident response

✅ Train, mentor, and evaluate team members

✅ Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency

✅ Coordinate with clients and internal teams when required

✅ Prepare operational reports and ensure SOP compliance

Minimum Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills




- Good computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, technology-driven environment
- Prior experience in operations, customer support, security monitoring, or team management is preferred
