- Lead sales and service operations across India in the power and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Power Plants, O&M; teams, and Utility providers.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of client issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Develop sales strategies, proposals, and contracts in line with company goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Travel extensively to client locations across India.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree (mandatory).
- 8–10 years of proven sales and service experience in the power plant / industrial sector.
- Robust background in Power Plant and Turbine Service (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
