We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our CMT (Carrier Monitoring Team) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the CMT Process team to achieve daily operational targets.

Monitor team productivity, quality, and overall performance while ensuring adherence to company SOPs.

Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high service quality standards.

Analyze operational reports and identify areas for process improvement.

Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve cross-functional issues.

Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.





Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, BPO, or a similar industry.

Prior experience managing teams and driving operational performance.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to work the night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).

Qualifications: Experience in freight brokerage, carrier management, or US logistics operations.

Knowledge of KPIs, SOP implementation, process optimization, and team performance management.

Experience handling client and carrier escalations.
