As we continue expanding globally, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and scale our India operations.

About the Role The Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the Chennai office, driving operational excellence, workforce planning, process optimization, and organizational growth.

You will work directly with senior leadership in the United States to establish scalable systems while building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall business operations for the Chennai office
- Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and manage multiple operational teams
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Lead workforce planning, hiring, training, and succession planning
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with legal, HR, finance, IT, and client services
- Develop budgets and optimize operational costs
- Implement AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Present business performance reports to executive leadership
- Create a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and operational excellence

Required Qualifications




- 10+ years of Operations Management experience
- Minimum 5 years managing large operational teams
- Proven success in scaling operations
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives
