Role & responsibilities:

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Sports Academy.

- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of sports facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

- Coordinate with coaches, trainers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and administrative teams.

- Plan and oversee sports schedules, training sessions, tournaments, and academy events.

- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.

- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance requirements.

- Prepare operational reports (MIS), monitor budgets, and optimize operational costs.

- Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution with high satisfaction levels.

- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operational staff

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in operations management.

- Experience in a sports academy, sports club, fitness center, school sports facility.

- Solid leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

- Customer-centric approach with a service mindset.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during sports events as required.
