Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day facility management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, managing site teams, maintaining client relationships, and achieving operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of facility management services across assigned sites.

- Ensure effective delivery of housekeeping, security, technical, landscaping, and other facility services.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate site managers, supervisors, and operational staff.

- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and workforce planning.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational concerns promptly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards.

- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention.





- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.

- Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and client presentations.

- Resolve employee grievances and operational issues effectively.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality, or a related industry.

- Experience managing multiple sites and large teams.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of manpower planning, client management, and operational processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,282.41 - ₹48,605.64 per month
