Role Description The Operations Manager role is an on-site position located at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals in Defence Colony.

The Operations

Manager oversees day-to-day hospital operations, including patient flow management, front-office and administrative processes, and coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards, managing resources and vendor relationships, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. The role also involves tracking performance metrics,



handling escalations, optimizing schedules, and collaborating with leadership to implement process improvements and enhance the patient and caregiver experience.

Qualifications

Strong operations and hospital administration skills, including workflow management, process optimization, and resource planning.

Experience in stakeholder coordination and team leadership, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, nursing, and support departments.

Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety practices, and regulatory compliance in a hospital setting.

Proficiency in using hospital information systems, basic data analysis, and reporting tools to monitor operational performance.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with a customer-focused approach to patient and family interactions.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.

Prior experience in hospital or healthcare operations, preferably in maternity, childcare, or multispecialty settings.

Ability to work on-site in Defence Colony, manage a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving operational requirements.
