Refresco Coffee is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Operations Manager cum Business Development Manager to drive our next phase of expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, building systems, solving operational challenges, and driving business growth. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO.

What you'll do Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across functions

Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, and marketing teams

Drive business growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities

Build and manage strategic partnerships and channel relationships

Support operational planning, process improvement, and execution management

Collaborate with leadership teams to scale systems and business workflows

Monitor business performance and operational efficiency

Ensure accountability, coordination, and execution across teams What we're looking for Proven experience in Operations Management, Business Development, or a similar cross-functional role

Background in FMCG, Beverage, D2C, or Consumer Brands preferred





Experience working in fast-growing or startup environments is a strong advantage

Strong leadership and ownership mindset with a bias for execution

Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and stakeholders

Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work across multiple functions with flexibility and accountability

Growth mindset and willingness to take initiative without being asked Nice to have MBA or equivalent business qualification

Prior experience scaling operations in a D2C or F&B; brand
