Operations Manager – Bakery & Mughlai Restaurants

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our premium Bakery & Mughlai restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in multi-unit restaurant operations, team leadership, cost control, guest experience, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant and bakery operations.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Monitor food cost, labour cost, inventory, wastage, and P&L.;
- Implement and maintain SOPs across all departments.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of teams.
- Conduct operational audits and ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, marketing, and finance teams.
- Analyze business reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in premium bakery, café, QSR, casual dining, or Mughlai restaurant brands will be preferred, including:

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of hospitality operations experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years in an Operations Manager or Area Manager role.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, budgeting, inventory management, SOP implementation, and team development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets, if required.
