You will keep a high-volume network moving and build the systems it scales on. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview As an Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day workflows that keep operations running on time and to standard, turning manual handoffs into repeatable, measurable processes.

Key Responsibilities Process & Delivery - Own and improve core operating processes and SOPs across the centre

- Coordinate across teams to keep deliverables and SLAs on track
- Manage daily throughput, exceptions, and escalations with accuracy Reporting & Improvement - Build dashboards that track the metrics leadership cares about
- Identify bottlenecks and drive practical,



measurable improvements
- Support quality checks, documentation, and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate Profile - 3 to 7 years in operations, business operations, or process roles
- A process-first mindset with solid attention to detail
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and operational reporting
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to logistics, supply-chain, or high-volume operations
- Familiarity with process-improvement methods (Lean or Six Sigma)
