With multiple outlets across NCR and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a dynamic hospitality leader to drive operational consistency and scalable growth. Role Summary

We are seeking a hardcore multi-unit hospitality operations professional with extensive experience managing restaurant/cafe chains. The ideal candidate should have successfully led operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent guest experience, profitability, SOP compliance, food quality, and team performance.

This is not suitable for candidates with experience in a single standalone restaurant or hotel operations only. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations for multiple cafe outlets.

Drive operational excellence across all locations.

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Monitor daily sales, food cost, labour cost, and outlet profitability.

Improve guest satisfaction and customer retention.

Build and mentor Outlet Managers and Area Managers.

Standardize service delivery across all cafes.

Drive new outlet openings and operational readiness.

Optimize manpower planning and productivity.





Ensure inventory control and minimize wastage.

Work closely with culinary, marketing, HR, procurement, and finance teams.

Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective action plans.

Develop training systems to maintain brand standards.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

Mandatory

Requirements

10–20 years of hospitality operations experience.

Minimum 5 years managing multiple restaurant/cafe outlets simultaneously.

Proven experience with multi-unit restaurant or cafe chains.

Strong exposure to

Cafe Chains

Premium Dining Chains

Experience handling P&L;, budgeting, cost controls, and KPI management.

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Expertise in SOP implementation and process standardization.
