Skyglimps Technologies LLP is a DGCA-certified Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) and drone solutions company based in Kolkata. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Operations Executive to support our growing training and business operations.

This is a fast-paced role where you will work directly with the CEO across operations, customer communication, marketing support, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Guide prospective trainees through the admission and onboarding process for our DGCA-certified RPTO programs.
- Coordinate with existing candidates before, during, and after training.
- Manage WhatsApp groups, email broadcasts, and routine customer communications.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, reports, and business documents.
- Assist in creating social media content using Canva and AI tools.
- Support company participation in exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, training staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Assist with day-to-day training operations whenever required.
- Work closely with the CEO on operational, administrative, and strategic assignments.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
- Strong email etiquette and professional writing skills.

Required Skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Bengali is an advantage.
- Strong computer proficiency is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Canva
- AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and documents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and video calls.
- Ability to learn recent software quickly and adapt to changing workflows.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).
- Knowledge of the Indian drone ecosystem or aviation industry.
- Experience handling social media accounts or digital marketing activities.

Eligibility
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidate must be based in Kolkata.
- Hybrid work arrangement available.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
