Open Positions

1. Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the sports facility.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Coordinate events, leagues, tournaments, and bookings.
- Oversee facility maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Support team coordination and daily activities.

2. Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Drive memberships and revenue growth.
- Build partnerships with corporates, schools, clubs, and communities.
- Develop long-term client relationships.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

3. Padel Operations & Community

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the growth of Padel programs and memberships.
- Coordinate coaching sessions, leagues, and tournaments.
- Engage with players and build an active sports community.




- Deliver an exceptional player experience.
- Assist in organizing promotional and community events.

Who We're Looking For

- 25 years of experience in Sports, Retail, Hospitality, Fitness, Recreation, Customer Experience, or Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-first approach.
- Passion for sports and community engagement.
- Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
