Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Maintain order, inventory and operational records.
- Manage and update orders using Prockured’s custom-built order management software.
- Ensure accurate entry of product, vendor, customer, dispatch and delivery details in the system.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments.
- Track orders, dispatches and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and update reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Identify operational issues and assist in resolving them.
- Support purchasing, sales,
logistics and customer service processes.
Skills Required
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn and operate custom order management software.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
