Job Overview

NAQD Exim Consulting LLP is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Executive to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, capable of multitasking, and committed to delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities.
- Follow up on client projects and internal tasks.
- Coordinate with the Management, Consulting, Registration, Compliance, and Finance departments.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Support client onboarding and project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in improving operational processes.
- Perform administrative and office coordination duties.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).




- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
