What you’ll do - Own the day-to-day E-commerce operations across platforms
- Ensure seamless order flow - processing, tracking, returns & cancellation
- Manage listings, inventory, and pricing accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal team
- Manage order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer order
- Resolve operational issues and keep platforms running smoothly
- Monitor performance and highlight gaps proactively What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations
- Hands-on with marketplaces and order management systems
- Solid coordination and problem-solving skills
