Role and Responsibilities

Workplace &

- IT Infrastructure

- Maintain servers, networks, hardware and connectivity, including power backup uptime.

- Track and forecast all company assets issue, recover, quality-check, and courier them safely.

- Coordinate in-office arrangements for clients visiting HQ.

Vendor, Policy &

- Compliance

- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor SLAs.

- Frame, review and edit internal policies to keep the business audit-ready for third-party vendor audits.

Employee Travel &

- Transport Safety

- Book and manage flights, trains, cabs and well-reviewed hotels for employee travel.

- Track shift-wise cab service, daily kilometres and employee movement; coordinate with drivers.

- Ensure employee safety at all times during official commute and travel.

Employee Wellbeing &

- Support

- Manage staff insurance additions/deletions, claims,



and hospitalisation coordination.

- Extract and circulate daily biometric attendance reports.

- Plan the annual celebration calendar and its budget.

Reporting &

- Management Communication

- Turn operational data into reports, insights and a monthly managed-services presentation for leadership.

- Keep management proactively informed on operational status and emerging issues

People, Risk &

- Financial Stewardship

- Support hiring sourcing, screening, technical interviews and lead recent-joiner orientation.

- Build and manage the operations budget; find cost-saving opportunities.

- Spot operational risks early and prepare mitigation plans before they become problems.
